I have lived in North Devon all my life and have worked within the financial/insurance industry for my entire career. I have built up my considerable insurance knowledge over 20+ years by taking on a wide range of roles within local brokerages and larger corporate companies. I have always believed that a professional and local service is key to winning business and retaining clients, along with building strong relationships that continue year upon year.
Outside of work I enjoy playing all sports, but particularly those that involve a racket. I have represented both the counties of Devon and Cornwall playing Badminton, and upon hitting 40 years of age also competed at Masters Level. Needing a new challenge, I have now taken up Squash and currently play for Barnstaple Squash Club in the Exeter District League.
I am now enjoying passing on my love of sport to my daughter, who has shown a real flair for racket sports.
